Muzzle Brakes:-
All the muzzle brakes are finished turned from the thread on a dummy barrel to ensure all diameters are concentric when fitted to your rifles. All exit bores are 8.5mm diameter (unless otherwise requested) and are recessed and crowned. There are 18 precision-machined ports going into the expansion chamber allowing uniform escape of compressed gasses.
These are a thread protector, barrel compensator / muzzle brake to fit all rifles with a standard 1/2" - 20 U.N.F. thread on the end of the barrel.
As well as protecting the exposed thread on the end of the barrel and looking GOOD, these reduce muzzle 'wobble' but best of all reduces muzzle flip and therefore sight recovery time by over 50% enabling follow-up shots to be taken quicker and more accurately.
I can also supply all types of muzzle brake with the ½” – 28 N.E.F. (American National Extra Fine) thread if required. Any other thread requirements then please ask me and I will do my best to accommodate you.
Note:- Recent legislation states that moderators for firearms now have to be proofed on the barrel they are to be fitted on…….. You must state when purchasing one of these that they are for use on an air rifle.

The longer one is 210 mm long and weight 220 gram, the shorter is 110 mm long and weighs 110 gram. Both are 31 mm in diameter.

Barrel adaptor :–
If your barrel is not screw-cut yet you need to fit a moderator or muzzle brake then accurately measure your barrel at the muzzle and again one inch up from the muzzle and I will make one of these to suit your rifle.

These are made from polished aluminium and are fixed to the 10 mm dia portion at the end of the barrel with two 4mm diameter stainless steel grub-screws. The small diameter is 16mm for a length of 25mm and then tapers out to 18.5mm diameter. This ensures that the filler cap and the adaptor can be fitted and removed without the brake having to be removed from the rifle. The larger diameter has 18 precision machined vents in six sets of three which go into an internal expansion chamber. Pellet Sizers
 Made from brass to ensure a long working life, these are 19 mm in diameter.(Standard calibre):-£17.99 (Special calibre):- £19.99
The female die is 30 mm high. and has a four degree taper at the mouth of the bore to ensure the pellet is centralised before sizing. The male die which has a 90 degree cone point for locating inside the pellet skirt is a close fit in the sizing bore of the female die and pushes the pellet out into a recess at the base. This allows the male die to be bottomed out on the female die without pressing the sized pellet onto the hard working surface and so causing deformation of the sized pellet. Any standard calibre can be supplied and special sizes may be ordered at a slight premium.
